We supply a large range of printing solutions including Business Forms and Continuous Stationery to companies throughout the United Kingdom.

Our main printing products:
Business Cards
With a minimum quantity of 250, Business Cards can be printed in full colour (CMYK) or spot colour (PMS) on the face and reverse on 350gsm Matt Art Board.
Standard sizes are 55mm x 85mm or 50mm x 90mm.
The face can be gloss laminated for a durable finish.
Brochures
We can supply A4 or A5 size Brochures with a saddle stitch or perfect bound finish. The appropriate finish will depend on the number of pages you require.
Brochures can be printed in full colour or spot colour on 115gsm or 130gsm gloss art for the inner pages and 250gsm Gloss Art for the cover.
Books
NCR (No Carbon Required) Books can be printed in up to four spot colours. They are supplied with a manilla cover and a boardback and there are normally 50 sets per book.
A writeshield can be attached to prevent accidental image transfer to other copies. Sequential numbering can be added to all books.
Pads
Pads can be printed in full colour or spot colour. They are supplied with a boardback, are glued at the head and a writeshield can be attached to prevent accidental image transfer to other copies on NCR forms. Sequential numbering can be added to all pads.

Business Forms
A wide variety of bespoke Business Forms can be supplied to you including Invoices, Statements, Remittance Advices, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, Register Sets and Credit Notes.

Compliment Slips
With a minimum quantity of 500, Compliment Slips can be printed in full colour or spot colour on the face and reverse on White 80gsm or 100gsm Laser Guaranteed Paper.
Envelopes
We can Overprint Envelopes from stock in up to four colours and a wide range of sizes can be supplied ranging from C6 to C3.
The sealing methods available are gummed, self seal and peel and seal.
A variety of styles can be supplied including Wallet, Pocket, Banker, Gusset and Tyvek Envelopes with and without windows.
Overprinted Envelopes can be supplied in White and Manilla. Coloured and metallic envelopes are also available.
We can also supply bespoke envelopes if you require where a stock envelope is not suitable. For example, if an unusual shape, size or colour is required or you need a window in a unique position.
Laser Sheets
Over the last few years, a number of our suppliers have invested heavily in new presses to help cope with the demands of this growing market.
Our A4 Laser Sheets are UV dried and can be printed in full colour or spot colour on face and reverse on 80gsm, 90gsm or 100gsm laser guaranteed paper.
Printed laser sheets can be supplied ream wrapped if required.
Security Forms
R & K Robinson supply security forms such as Pay Advices and Continuous Cheques. Our suppliers of continuous cheques are Association for Payment Clearing Services (APACS) accredited printers and design and print cheques to APACS Standard 3.
This is the technical standard to which all cheques travelling through the UK clearing system must adhere to. Continuous cheques are printed on CBS1 paper and the minimum order is a quantity of 1,000.
Letterheads
With a minimum quantity of 500, Letterheads can be printed in full colour or spot colour on the face on White 80gsm or 100gsm Laser Guaranteed Paper.
A watermarked or foil blocked image can easily be added for extra prestige and security.
Listing Paper
R & K Robinson can supply Listing Paper in a wide range of stock sizes. We supply single part woodfree listing paper and multipart NCR listing paper.
The minimum order is six boxes and delivery is usually three working days from order.
Labels
We can supply Plain Labels and Printed Labels to you in a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes and colours. They can be supplied on laser sheets, rolls or fanfolded.
Our suppliers are experts at printing security labels using specialised materials. These include anti counterfeit labels, tamper evident labels and holographic labels.
Continuous Forms
We can supply Continuous Stationery in up to 6 parts and in a wide range of sizes.
We can print your form on the face and on the reverse and add a number of special features including gluing, file holes and multiflexing.
Leaflets
We can produce leaflets to suit all budgets in a number of different sizes and on a variety of materials. We can print in full colour or spot colour on the face and reverse.
Our minimum quantity is 500. A number of finishing options are available including lamination, encapsulation and folding.
