R & K Robinson supply a wide range of full colour (CMYK) litho printed business cards. The standard finished size is 55mm x 85mm and the minimum quantity is 250 cards per set.
Our standard business cards can be printed on both sides on 300gsm, 350gsm or 400gsm white board. Gloss or matt lamination can be applied to both sides of the card. Spot UV varnish can also be added to the card in order to highlight specific areas of the design.
Two recycled options are available. Cards can be printed full colour on the face and reverse on a 380 micron (around 290gsm) 100% recycled pulp board. Pulp is a dry fibrous uncoated material used for products like beer mats. Images printed on pulp are not as sharp and are often darker than on coated stocks.
The other recycled option is to print CMYK on a 400gsm 55% recycled silk finish card. These cards can be printed both sides and offer more vibrant print than pulp whilst maintaining the environmental properties.
We can supply business cards printed in spot colours instead of CMYK. Spot colour business cards are more expensive than full colour business cards as they are run separately as a bespoke job and have higher set up costs. Generally, full colour business cards are run with many other business card orders on one press run so share the set up costs resulting in lower prices.
Folded business cards are printed full colour on both sides and creased in the middle. The flat size can be 55mm x 170mm or 110mm x 85mm. They can be gloss or matt laminated and are supplied flat.
