We supply full colour and spot colour litho printed brochures. The inner pages are generally printed on 130gsm gloss or silk art paper and the cover can either be on a heavier paper or board or self cover (the same as the inner pages).
Standard brochure sizes are A4, A5 and A6 and they can have any number of pages. For thinner brochures a saddle stitch finish is used where the job is held by two staples on the spine. For thicker brochures, either a perfect bound finish is used where the inner pages are glued into the cover with a square back spine or a spiral bound finish is used where continuous wire is looped through the holes.
The cover of the brochure can be gloss or matt laminated on the face and reverse. Spot UV varnish can also be added to enhance specific parts of the design. Additional finishing options include perforating and drilling holes.
An extra spot colour can also be printed in addition to CMYK colours when a specific colour cannot be achieved from four colour process printing.
