In general use of this site R & K Robinson does not store or capture data about you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you in order to respond to your enquiry and to provide you with the best possible service.

We occasionally send marketing material by email or post. If you do not want us to do this in the future, please advise us in writing by email, fax or post.

We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party unless you give us permission to do so.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address. This information can only be collected if you fill in our contact form.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If you make a payment to us by credit or debit card, we only use the card details given to us to process the payment and do not store any of your financial information.
