In order to get valuable feedback on the services and printed stationery products that we supply and find out what we are doing well and areas in which we can improve, R & K Robinson would really appreciate it if you are able to submit a rating/review on FreeIndex.co.uk

In order to submit a review you need to register and validate your account on the FreeIndex website.  This is a quick and easy process and is done for a number of reasons.

If anybody could write a review without registering, it would be easy to post large numbers of fake positive reviews which would be unverifiable and which would give a false impression of the business to FreeIndex users.

Also, if a business received a negative review, then the customer who had experienced the problem could be identified and contacted using the email address they supplied to discuss the review. If anybody could submit reviews without registering an account then a negative review could be posted for your business and you would have no way of tracing the source of this review.

By having an active FreeIndex account, a customer who has submitted a review can return to their review in the future and edit it or remove it completely if they wish.  Without an account the customer would not be able to do this. This is useful in cases where a negative review has been written and the problems reported in the review have been resolved by the business.  The customer can then update the review to show that the problems have been resolved.
