Most orders for printed stationery placed with R & K Robinson will be delivered within 10 working days from receipt of your order or proof approval.  An estimated delivery date will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.  If you have any special delivery requirements this should be requested when placing your order. 

How delivery is made
Delivery is made to you directly by our suppliers using their own vehicles or by courier.  Once your print order is completed, the job will be despatched for standard next day delivery to most parts of the United Kingdom.

Delivery notes
Delivery notes will normally state our name and address on them.  Please notify us at the time of order if you would prefer these details to be omitted, for example, if we are supplying print on behalf of yourselves to one of your clients.  

Proof of delivery
All deliveries need to be signed for and a proof of delivery (P.O.D.) can be provided to you if required from 48 hours after the delivery. 

 ..Delivery charges
The cost of standard next day delivery to one mainland UK address between Monday and Friday is included in our initial quotation to you.  Timed deliveries, Saturday deliveries (where available) and additional delivery addresses will be charged extra.  Please note that we are unable to deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
